After the two day course you will be able to plan and facilitate a Person Centred Review or Meeting, be able to Graphically Facilitate a Person Centred Review or Meeting after taking part in an Introduction to Graphic Facilitation Academy, be able to Process-Facilitate a Person Centred Review or Meeting after having some training, and practice, be able to define Person Centred Planning, describe some underpinning valves and list some Person Centred Planning Tools and Techniques.
